Microsoft Edge Does Not Remember Site Logins After Restarts

Some time ago, my Edge browser could not remember my site logins after restarts. I did not ask Edge to clear data after I closed the browser in Settings. It was time-consuming to log in the sites after each restart. Someone on answers.microsoft.com suggests resetting the browser. I did not want to reset the browser because it took time for me to set up everything again, and I doubted whether that can fix the issue.

However, I could not figure out a solution, so I tried that, and it worked.
